Works With All Newsletter Platforms
Send to Kindle wasn't built
for a newsletter habit
Amazon requires forwarded email to come from an exact approved address, and the list holds 15. Here's how we handle that automatically.
The Current Reality
Amazon only forwards mail from senders that exactly match your approved list
Once the list is full, there is no room for another newsletter
Every new newsletter means another trip to Amazon's settings
A raw forward keeps every tracking pixel and sponsor block intact
With InboxToKindle
Subscribe everything to your InboxToKindle address. No juggling Amazon's approved list
You approve one address, your own, so you can add as many newsletters as you want
Automatically stripped of ads, tracking, and clutter
Optimized EPUB delivery to Kindle's e-ink display or your Boox device

What is InboxToKindle?
InboxToKindle is a web service that automatically delivers email newsletters to Kindle and Boox e-readers as clean, ad-free EPUB documents.
When a newsletter arrives at your dedicated InboxToKindle email address, the service strips ads, tracking pixels, and unnecessary formatting, converts the content into a properly typeset EPUB file, and delivers it to your e-reader within minutes. The entire process is automatic after initial setup, which takes about 30 seconds.
InboxToKindle works with any email-based newsletter platform, including Substack, Beehiiv, Ghost, Medium, and Mailchimp. The free plan includes 3 deliveries per month with no credit card required. The Pro plan costs $10 per month and provides unlimited deliveries.
Send to Kindle requires each sender to match an address on your approved list exactly, and the list holds 15 addresses, which makes forwarding many newsletters by hand impractical. Read-it-later tools like Instapaper, Matter, Readwise Reader, and Raindrop don't solve this: they're built around saving articles, not around Amazon's approved-sender system. InboxToKindle is purpose-built for that gap — it handles the sender approval, cleaning, formatting, and delivery automatically.
