How to Auto-Forward Gmail Newsletters to Your Kindle

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Copy your InboxToKindle email
Go to your InboxToKindle dashboard and copy your unique inbox email address. You'll need this for the forwarding setup.
Step 2: Open Gmail forwarding settings
In Gmail, click the gear icon (⚙️) → 'See all settings' → Go to the 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' tab.
Step 3: Add forwarding address
Click 'Add a forwarding address' and paste your InboxToKindle email. Gmail will send a verification code.
Step 4: Verify forwarding address
Check your InboxToKindle dashboard for the verification email from Gmail. Click the link to confirm.
Step 5: Create a forwarding filter
Go to 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab → Click 'Create a new filter'. In the 'From' field, enter: newsletters OR substack OR beehiiv OR ghost OR convertkit OR mailchimp
Step 6: Enable forwarding
Click 'Create filter', then check 'Forward it to:' and select your InboxToKindle address. Click 'Create filter' to save.
