How to Auto-Forward Gmail Newsletters to Your Kindle

Already subscribed to newsletters in Gmail? Don't resubscribe to everything! Use Gmail's auto-forwarding feature to automatically send existing newsletters to your Kindle. This takes 2 minutes and works with all your current subscriptions.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Copy your InboxToKindle email

Go to your InboxToKindle dashboard and copy your unique inbox email address. You'll need this for the forwarding setup.

Step 2: Open Gmail forwarding settings

In Gmail, click the gear icon (⚙️) → 'See all settings' → Go to the 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' tab.

Step 3: Add forwarding address

Click 'Add a forwarding address' and paste your InboxToKindle email. Gmail will send a verification code.

Step 4: Verify forwarding address

Check your InboxToKindle dashboard for the verification email from Gmail. Click the link to confirm.

Step 5: Create a forwarding filter

Go to 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab → Click 'Create a new filter'. In the 'From' field, enter: newsletters OR substack OR beehiiv OR ghost OR convertkit OR mailchimp

Step 6: Enable forwarding

Click 'Create filter', then check 'Forward it to:' and select your InboxToKindle address. Click 'Create filter' to save.

Pro Tips

  • 💡 Keep your Gmail subscription - newsletters still arrive there too
  • 💡 Forward only newsletters, not all your email, using the filter
  • 💡 Works instantly - no need to wait for new newsletters
  • 💡 Can be disabled anytime in Gmail settings
  • 💡 Alternative: Manually forward individual newsletters if preferred
